the room had a comfortable double bed (i slept very well). the bathroom was also great, i loved the quality.

spacious room central location helpful staff
i had a good room. it included a huge bed and a nice hot shower. the hotel location proved perfect, right in the middle of everything. the staff brought in a crib promptly, very helpful.
the breakfast area felt small when many guests had breakfast at the same time.

limited options bad noise
The location was pretty good. It was close to many attractions.
the noise outside was really bad. i was on a lower floor and could hear people yelling late at night. also, the breakfast wasn't great, the options felt quite limited.

I appreciate central location. Breakfast offered a super choice. Hotel staff were very friendly and ready for assist. Room cleaning service was good.
I did pay for luggage storage. It was a new experience in a hotel. I would like to know that in advance.

discourteous receptionist lack of enthusiasm
The location is convenient, close to attractions and transport links.
The receptionist displayed a lack of enthusiasm upon my arrival. He didn't even offer a smile or look up, which I found quite discourteous. I expect a higher level of service.
